Hi!

L5 student here 

I am very excited to be attending my first student conference tomorrow with plenty of thoughts going through my open mind. It looks like it will be great and I look forward to learning (about learning) from Steve G and hearing Lynne R’s experience on politics. 

I wonder how much AI and the future of the workplace will be discussed, if at all, in relation to the aforementioned. Skills is a personal topic of interest; people, and the work experiences that shape them are just SO different! Cue range of skills per workforce x AI = role of people profession in optimising opportunities from that combination.
