I’m Milton I’m very new to CIPD but I’ve been dabbling with starting a CIPD course since December last year I finally enrolled in August and I’m now studying for my L3 Foundation qualification. For the majority of my life, I’ve not known what I’ve wanted to do, back in school I had no idea, in college I had no idea and it wasn’t until a life-changing opportunity came along working within an HR team for a month in a step-up role that I learned I wanted a career within HR. Fast forward a few months and I became eligible on Amazon's Career Choice program to get funding for any course I wanted I proudly clicked my HR course and Amazon paid 95% of the fees. So here I am! Really looking forward to this new journey.
