I've started my Level 7 Strategic L&D this month and thought to see if anyone else is also starting with a view to maybe set up a small study group or share useful resources. I'm starting with 7CO01 and joining the seminar next week. I work as an L&D manager in a government department. If anyone has any useful tips on starting please feel free to share too :)
