Would love to hear your thoughts on this. I am currently a HRBP and have been approached about a senior hr advisor role. The responsibilities are similar to what I do now but it is for a much bigger organisation.
Do you think this may seem as a ‘step down’ from HRBP? Or am I overthinking it?

Well on paper it might look odd yes. And you certainly will have to explain the narrative of your career at any interview. But that’s no reason not to take the job if it’s the right move for you.
