Would love to hear your thoughts on this. I am currently a HRBP and have been approached about a senior hr advisor role. The responsibilities are similar to what I do now but it is for a much bigger organisation.
Do you think this may seem as a ‘step down’ from HRBP? Or am I overthinking it?
