1 Any recommendations or guidance on the best software to use to support our apprentices?

We currently have apprentices attending Universities across the Country, and have been using Excel to track and monitor their progress. : Looking to be more robust and sophisticated by using some kind of software package. Would anyone be kind enough to share their experience in this area? Thanks
