We currently have apprentices attending Universities across the Country, and have been using Excel to track and monitor their progress. : Looking to be more robust and sophisticated by using some kind of software package. Would anyone be kind enough to share their experience in this area? Thanks

Hi Gillian, what HR information system / core HR software do you have? I was wondering whether you can add in a module for learning progress tracking within your existing HR software? If you're looking for other options, Capterra does software reviews.
