HR consultants - have you used the Find HR website?

I’m posting here since there isn’t a dedicated forum for independent practitioners.

Has anyone used FindHR, the CIPD membership directory that connects independent HR consultants with clients?

I’ve come across profiles of a few consultants there, but I’d love to hear your experiences or feedback before deciding whether to commit.

  • Hi Tutu - are you on Facebook? There are 2 groups you can join called HR Freelancers and HR Consultants - they're both have a decent amount of 'indies' as we like to be called and you'll find your place there. The other place you can try is HR Interim Networking group on LinkedIn.

    I didn't know that CIPD had a group for HR Consultants but then it could be because it wasn't promoted much.
