I cannot believe how much guidance is required for a workforce that are not used to working from home. I thought so much of it was obvious, but goodness me. I'm trying to get people to understand that this is a great opportunity to test wfh for other times, but some seem intent on using the opportunity as a playground.
Hi Paul, to be honest given the week that we have all had protecting staff, trying to ensure they are financially secure to feed their families and pay their rent or mortgages, have jobs to return to after this horrendous virus has been decimated, it didn’t really occur to me that I had made a simple error and posted it in the wrong place. Given that I am working remotely with intermittent broadband I was just thankful that I could reach out to like minded individuals who could support each other. I’m just saddened by the fact that this is the only question you thought off when reading my post.

To be honest I am pretty disappointed that CIPD have not got a set of standards to access unless I have missed them - its times like this when we could actually get some value for the membership fee!
