Level 5, Unit 1 - Developing Professional Practice

Hi

I was wondering if anyone has recently completed the above until and are able to help me?

I'm after a bit of advise and guidance on how my submission should actually look - I'm struggling to get my head round it and any examples of work able to share with me would be so helpful.

I'm studying with ICS.

    I am starting the CIPD Level 5 and struggling with the first 2 modules; the 5DVP & 5CHR. Started writing but not sure am I at the right level, am I using good examples etc.
    Read the tips but still not sure - I started the DVP assignment with the definition from CIPD book (Lester, the professional), then explained how I see it, what a professional means to me and then, used an example from everyday life, to describe what I think what "Curious" would mean as a Behaviour in that specific example....would you have a tip for me so that I know I am on the right track? Many thx for any input.
