1 Where to find an apprentice (Level 3 or 5)

Hi all,

I am the HR lead in a SME organisation within the charity sector, I am a sole practitioner and I due to some growth in the organisation I am looking to take on a HR apprentice, the goal is for this role to grow from a level 3 to 5 to support myself and the HR function across the organisation as we continue to expand.

I was wondering if anyone has been down a similar route and if they could offer me any advice going into this strange new world, consultancy, colleges etc?

Where is the role based and is it coronavirus compliant, do you need to travel to work or is it work from home? I am a mature student who has just completed level 3 in HR and looking for my next venture, have you thought about how learning will be presented in the lockdown? Also how you will make work compliant in theockdown and brexit? Have you thought about opening it up to older maybe disabled, blame, or lgbt or parent groups when you advertise?
