Hi all,
I am the HR lead in a SME organisation within the charity sector, I am a sole practitioner and I due to some growth in the organisation I am looking to take on a HR apprentice, the goal is for this role to grow from a level 3 to 5 to support myself and the HR function across the organisation as we continue to expand.
I was wondering if anyone has been down a similar route and if they could offer me any advice going into this strange new world, consultancy, colleges etc?
