I'm thinking of taking my next study step and I'm looking for some advice.
I've achieved a Level 3 Certificate in HR Practice and I'm currently in a HR Project admin role but I'd really like to move my career forward and would like to study the Level 5 but not sure if I should do the certificate or the diploma??
I'm interested in moving into assistant or advisor level and wondering what the best level is to help me get there?
any advice would be gratefully received.

Really common question but the answer depends on what you want out of the qual.
The Diploma is a good option because it gives you a wider breadth of understanding and indicates clearly that you are serious about your development and career. However, if the Diploma is a too large a commitment (in both time and cost) then doing the Certificate is absolutely fine.
