Hi all,
I'm thinking of taking my next study step and I'm looking for some advice.
I've achieved a Level 3 Certificate in HR Practice and I'm currently in a HR Project admin role but I'd really like to move my career forward and would like to study the Level 5 but not sure if I should do the certificate or the diploma??
I'm interested in moving into assistant or advisor level and wondering what the best level is to help me get there?
any advice would be gratefully received.
