CIPD Level 7 in HRM... and Learning and Development

Being two very closely interrelated fields and professions, would it strengthen someone's credentials if they studied for both the CIPD Level 7 in HR and the CIPD Level 7 in L&D, doing one after the other one?

Welcome to the communities

To be honest - probably not. I doubt many roles would require both and its far more likely that instead of the second qualification an employer would be looking for relevant experience.
