Hello - As a frequent visitor to the UK, I would very much like to move my HR career from the USA to the UK. I am currently a Sr. HR Business Partner in the USA, but am very willing to take a few steps down on the career ladder in order to work/live in the UK. I have been studying UK employment law to prepare for the move. I've submitted my CV mainly to companies that have a presence in the US and the UK. I realize that finding a company to sponsor me is the key to this process. I would greatly appreciate any advice that would help with my search. Thanks! Carolyn
