Hope I can get some help and clarification!
I’m looking for a role in HR and currently studying towards CIPD level 5
I have I’ve 20 years retail management experience and extensive People Management experience within my role and also an appointed People Champion.
I have aligned my CV to support the skills I have relevant to a HR role but not getting any feedback from employers ….hope someone can best advise me !

If you us ethe search functions you will find this question comes up an awful lot and especially from people with a retail background. Many people will not see your retail experience as directly relevant in a very competitive market and if possible I would try and get some actual HR experience in your current employer
