I'm doing with Watson Martin and it's e-learning. I have finished the draft of one module and jumped to employment law now.

My unofficial advice is to google the issue but your tutor should have given you the most important cases.

You need to quote the CIPD and ACAS , not necessarily for cases but because they are mostly good sources of useful guidance.

That is the book I used and found it really good. It also helped that my tutors were great as I did my L5 at College.

I'm afraid of missing something. Common sense tell me that some core principles are non-discrimination, employment rights, fair dismissal, minimal wage, health and safety, TUPE, family friendly employment law and GRPD.
