Employment Law Assignment

Just started Employment Law too! I am struggling with the core principles of employment law. Did you found that information? I have the latest Employment Law book from CIPD but still not confident...Any ideas?

That is the book I used and found it really good. It also helped that my tutors were great as I did my L5 at College.

I'm afraid of missing something. Common sense tell me that some core principles are non-discrimination, employment rights, fair dismissal, minimal wage, health and safety, TUPE, family friendly employment law and GRPD.

What about criminal and civil law? This is the basis of all of the ones you have suggested - it ties them altogether.

My status still says Student Member, but I now have Associate Member level.
