In my role as the data lead within the HR function, I have recently completed a lean champions course and started to embed lean practices into all things data governance.
However, I have also seen where we can make huge improvements across the HR function by developing a lean culture in all our processes and ways of working.
I am now building a business case for the relevant training and resources that we would need to deliver and was wondering if anyone else had already been through this journey.
