Employee turnover rates

Hi

I am looking for employee turnover rates (ideally voluntary leavers), and if possible, a breakdown by sector and region.

ONS data is from 2018 and I am looking for something more recent.

I've certainly not sent anything related to ONS for a long time so might not be the right place to look.

You may need to register with XpertHR:

www.businessleader.co.uk/.../

The other alternative is looking at figures collected by bodies in certain sectors (if you are looking at specifics).

Hope someone else has a bit more for you.

Hi Miranda

Anything much more recent than 2018 is heading into pandemic conditions and therefore hardly normal. Similarly, round about now, post-pandemic and in the midst of energy and global conflict crises.
