Have to comment that IMHO I do think that CIPD lags woefully behind other major organisations in personal membership benefits generally, especially since ending the Perkbox arrangements. See my comparison with chartered accountants earlier above and even with the relatively small trade union (Prospect) I happen to be a member of, not long ago I got access completely free to a personal and spousal will-making service from a prestigious national firm of solicitors - prospect.org.uk/.../
