Hi all, I have a 2nd interview next week for a HR Advisor role. The first interview was a general chat and learning more about the role. I am going to prep as much as possible so would just like to know what sort of questions will be asked? I'm figuring competency-based. I've been an operational manager for a long time and have many years of generalist HR experience on the front line so I am confident that I could do the role, I'd just love some help to prepare please .
