I'd explore Tik Tok as well as YouTube, as Robey's shown below. You might have tried and found a lot of material to wade through and it's worth it. If you are doing the learning design you'll know what fits best the topics, the rest of the learning,audience and your culture. Good luck.

I like the Pearl video on You Tube for DEI work and there's an old Dirty Harry video called "It's for a**holes" taking a light hearted view of HR and The office clips or Yes Minister (depending on the age & demographics of the audience) have a lot of material for workplace procedures. Good luck.
