Funny HR videos

Hi

We are doing some HR training for team leaders and I'm wondering if anyone could share any funny videos they may have. For example, how not to conduct a disciplinary hearing. Trying to make the sessions a bit more interesting!

  • I'd explore Tik Tok as well as YouTube, as Robey's shown below. You might have tried and found a lot of material to wade through and it's worth it. If you are doing the learning design you'll know what fits best the topics, the rest of the learning,audience and your culture. Good luck.

    I like the Pearl video on You Tube for DEI work and there's an old Dirty Harry video called "It's for a**holes" taking a light hearted view of HR and The office clips or Yes Minister (depending on the age & demographics of the audience) have a lot of material for workplace procedures.
