This is likely to be as much about sales as about recruitment

So how do you motivate yourself

Where have you driven and exceeded your targets

How have you built relationships to grow business

When have you suffered setbacks and how have you dealt with them

You picked a belter of a time for your first post but welcome. I have no idea what they are going to ask but I would expect they will ask you some competency based questions that start something like "Tell me about a time when you showed great communication skils" In which case remember the STAR response:

S - Situation, briefly outline a specific situation or challenge you faced.
T - Task, describe YOUR responsibility the task which you had to do
A - Action, explain the actions YOU took to deal with the situation
R - Results, summarise the outcome reached through YOUR efforts
