I've got an interview today for the position of Associate Sales Consultant with a tech company that specializes in 360 recruitment. What kind of questions should I expect? I'm nervous ‘cause this is my first official interview with the team.
You picked a belter of a time for your first post but welcome. I have no idea what they are going to ask but I would expect they will ask you some competency based questions that start something like "Tell me about a time when you showed great communication skils" In which case remember the STAR response:
S - Situation, briefly outline a specific situation or challenge you faced.
T - Task, describe YOUR responsibility the task which you had to do
A - Action, explain the actions YOU took to deal with the situation
R - Results, summarise the outcome reached through YOUR efforts
