Compulsory holiday and furlough letter

Hi all - we are thinking of implementing employees taking compulsory holiday plus furlough.  Does anyone have a template letter incorporating the two?

  • I've checked both the links on the forum answers here and I can't see a template for a letter that requires employees to take holiday leave while on furlough (lots of other great resources in there though!). Is anyone able to share theirs? I am still new to HR and I'm keen to ensure I am not opening us up to any risk by drafting my own letter.
    I have tried HR Inform, but as I am not a paid up member to this platform I can't access it. Thanks in advance for any help that you can give.
