Hi, I would like a letter for this also. All our employees are furloughed and we require them to take their annual leave during this current holiday year. We are a wedding venue and need all hands on deck next year. Thanks.

More and more letters for this are popping up online for this. CIPD HR inform platform has one too.

I've checked both the links on the forum answers here and I can't see a template for a letter that requires employees to take holiday leave while on furlough (lots of other great resources in there though!). Is anyone able to share theirs? I am still new to HR and I'm keen to ensure I am not opening us up to any risk by drafting my own letter.
I have tried HR Inform, but as I am not a paid up member to this platform I can't access it. Thanks in advance for any help that you can give.
