2 Which HRIS to choose?

Hi,

I'm a newly qualified HR Professional, and I'm the only and first HR person in my organisation. My company is a public sector organisation, with 80 employees. I would be keen to introduce a Human Resource Information System, but not sure where to start. Could you advise me on how to research and choose the most suitable system for my organisation?

Hi Andrea

I hope you don't mind me getting in touch but I helped introduce a new HR system for my previous company so I know it's quite overwhelming knowing where to start!
