I'm a newly qualified HR Professional, and I'm the only and first HR person in my organisation. My company is a public sector organisation, with 80 employees. I would be keen to introduce a Human Resource Information System, but not sure where to start. Could you advise me on how to research and choose the most suitable system for my organisation?
