HR and Payroll System for a growing business

Hi 

We are a growing business of about 1200 employees in the UK. We are looking to implement a HR and Payroll system. We are currently using spreadsheets so we re starting from scratch. 

Ideally looking for feedback on different systems in the market right now that are cost efficient and has all the functionality required for Core HR, Payroll, ATS, Training and Talent Management.

Also anything we might not have thought of, to keep in mind when researching a new system.  

Any feedback would be very much appreciated.

    I'm not sure whether you're still looking for recommendations for a new HR system or not, but just in case you are I thought I'd get in touch. I work for a HR consultancy, specialising in HR systems, and we offer system selection and implementation services. We take away the pain of having to research the different providers and what they can offer you by taking and understanding your requirements and doing it all for you. We can also assist in the internal implementation of the system you choose.
