I hope you are all okay. I wonder if you can help me, I have been approached by a colleague who has asked can they set up a Workplace Lottery Syndicate. I have checked through our plocies and there is nothing in them that help with this question.

I have initially advised the employee to speak with their Line Director (who is our Group FD) but I know it will revert back to me.

Any advice would be greatly apprecaited.
