Claire, I am in the same boat and was looking for clarity or subjects you can show metrics and evidence. Not sure if I can choose what is discussed or if I am just asked questions from my CV? Not sure how to prepare

My assessment is booked for May still not completely sure what they are looking for. It does say the impact and not what you have done. It is sometimes hard to show your impact as it can be a long term plan such as culture change.

Yes, sometimes it is tricky to measure the impact, but to be honest, once I started looking with greater depth, I realised that there is considerable impact.

I found an interesting way to determine that impact by reaching out to my peers and senior leadership and asking them to share a couple of bullet points on my effect. That, too, helped me gather the evidence.
