Buddy(ies) for the EA journey

I've just submitted my applcation for EA to MCIPD and expect to be starting in April.  Is there anyone else in a similar position that would like to buddy up?

  • Hi Owen and everyone :) I too have just started my EA for MCIPD (literally yesterday) and I'm terrified! I've been operating as a consultant for the last 6 years or so and built up a team that I manage so believe I have the experience to quantify it, however, I'm so nervous I'm not going to be good enough and fail! I would LOVE a buddy up to discuss and hash through stuff together so please feel free to ping me a message on here or email if anyone is interested :)
