MCIPD Experience Assessment - new version

Hi all 

I've spotted previous discussion threads about the MCIPD EA process, but conscious that they refer to the older approach (with case studies etc.) - I wondered if it might be helpful to have a new thread for people undertaking the current EA? 

I'm about halfway through and trying not to panic...many many word docs in development and I'm adding to them as I think of other examples, and also engaging with MCIPD colleagues for advice and guidance, but any tips or advice would be really welcomed! 

Equally, if there is anyone on here that is currently in EA and wants a buddy/chat then please let me know - would be lovely to have company!

    The interview went fine, better than what I was expecting. Not everything was covered, assessor only asked for specific examples/details (I presume that's because a lot was already shared).
    I had a very good feeling right after the interview, however, later more I think about it more nervous it makes me, probably natural. Do have multiple examples, and probably best to keep them on sticky notes rather as you won't have time to look at what you submitted.
