Key information document for agency workers

Hi all, 

Hope you are all well and keeping safe.

Within the Good Work Plan it states that Agency Workers are to have a Key Information Document from day one, is this something the Agency (Employer) or do we as the place of work need to provide?

Incorporated in to that, the Agency Worker must  be given a statement of terms after 12 weeks, again, is this to be provided by the employer or the place of work.

  • The contract of employment is between the employer (in this case the agency) and their employee, the place of work is a client to the employer in which the agency's employee is a "worker". The Employment Rights Act (1996) makes the delivery of terms and conditions an obligation to be fulfilled by the employer.
