Hope you are all well and keeping safe.
Within the Good Work Plan it states that Agency Workers are to have a Key Information Document from day one, is this something the Agency (Employer) or do we as the place of work need to provide?
Incorporated in to that, the Agency Worker must be given a statement of terms after 12 weeks, again, is this to be provided by the employer or the place of work.
