I am not familiar with docusign but would be very surprised if it did not comply with the relevant EU legislation on e-signatures (Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 (the eIDAS Regulation)). This came into effect on 1 July, 2016 in the UK but as EU Regulations are directly applicable in the member states, I think it would have been applicable in the other countries you mentioned at the same time as they are all in the EU. The eIDAS Regulation defines "simple" and "advanced" e-signatures.

"Simple" digital signatures (such as provided by Adobe for free) are legally binding on the signatory if they are an actual person. A company (being a legal person) needs to sign via an "advanced" signature process. Just to be on the safe side, I would check with docusign to see if they are compliant with the above regulation and if so, I would use them without hesitation. I use a different package but we have a highly transient workforce and the ability to e-sign has been invaluable.

We've just adopted DocuSign. Electronic signatures can be legally binding in the UK and EU as long as they use a traceable audit system, like DocuSign (for those of you wondering why blockchain is such a big deal, this is a good example).
