Danish Benefits - What do you offer?

Hi

The organization are reviewing benefits and in particular in Denmark.

It would be helpful if you could share with me what you do for the following:-

Pension (currently only the employee contributes in this scheme)

Maternity/Paternity Pay - is it statutory or enhanced?

Annual leave entitlement - currently the company offer 5 weeks but I understand that the average is 6 weeks?

Do you offer an employee assistance programme or equivalent?

    Hi Ryan,

    No, I didnt get any follow up to these questions. What I can say is that it is those Family Friendly policies that I found came to the fore first and foremost for many individuals that the business were trying to retain/attract so perhaps start there. In the Copenhagen area there are a number of international companies who offer excellent benefits in this capacity and the company I was working for was not comparable as it offered stat min or none!
