Hi Fiona, very well done! I guess you're from Scotland from the word 'wee'?? If so what a fine country - given that my family name comes from the same place. :-) And I bet you're feeling somewhat lighter without the burden from your studies, I certainly did once I had reached Associate level so you have every right to feel (more than) pleased with yourself. Hope you have plans in place to celebrate in fine style, your membership status is quite an achievement! :-)

I must admit that I did almost quit the course at the beginning but I'm glad I stuck with it and I've enrolled to do level 5 next and will start next month.
I am finding the CIPD Community posts very informative and will be a great resource for me going forward.
