Just a wee post to say that I've noticed today that following successful completion of Level 3 in June, I've now been changed from student to associate. Currently feeling quite pleased with myself :-)

Hi Fiona, very well done! I guess you're from Scotland from the word 'wee'?? If so what a fine country - given that my family name comes from the same place. :-) And I bet you're feeling somewhat lighter without the burden from your studies, I certainly did once I had reached Associate level so you have every right to feel (more than) pleased with yourself. Hope you have plans in place to celebrate in fine style, your membership status is quite an achievement! :-)

Thank you and yes you're right I'm from Scotland :)
I must admit that I did almost quit the course at the beginning but I'm glad I stuck with it and I've enrolled to do level 5 next and will start next month.
I am finding the CIPD Community posts very informative and will be a great resource for me going forward.
