Does anyone have some kind of HR Skills Assessment/Matrix that they would be willing to share please? I have recently started a new role as a Senior People Partner and am working with the new HoHR to develop and grow our HR team and we want to do a skills 'audit' to see where we have gaps and identify training needs. I can pull something together myself but just thought I'd ask in case anyone had done something similar.
