HR Skills Assessment

Hi Everyone,  

Does anyone have some kind of HR Skills Assessment/Matrix that they would be willing to share please? I have recently started a new role as a Senior People Partner and am working with the new HoHR to develop and grow our HR team and we want to do a skills 'audit' to see where we have gaps and identify training needs.  I can pull something together myself but just thought I'd ask in case anyone had done something similar.

    Hi, I am trying to access the CIPD Learning Hub but unfortunately I could not get through and it always showing the message that there is an Error. I am a student member since February 26. Is there anyway that I need to do? I really need to access the CIPD Learning Hub especially in-depth understanding of the CIPD Professional Map. Your recommendation will be highly appreciated.
