Morning Fiona thanks so much for coming back. I did think it would be a task around the first 3-6 months. I had thought priorities would be meet my manager / senior leadership team, gain an understanding of short, medium long term goals. Visibility as a HR manager - meet and great key stakeholders. Look at immediate Resourcing Activity and Staffing issues. Familiarise myself with systems, processes, policies. External considerations then GDPR, Brexit etc? An unseen presentation is an odd thing to ask. It’s either testing your presentation skills in which case they will give you details and after a short while you present their materials. Or it will give you a topic ( day reducing sickness absence) and you get 30 minutes or so to prepare something.In reply to Conor:
