Assalamualikum
Everyone, i am looking for a competency framework for HR. The thing i am looking for is
1) What are the competencies for HR from a Management Trainee level to the Director HR/CHRO level
2) What are the expected number of years one needs to remain in a particular level/role to move ahead (i know it depends but than for making a framework what can be the ideal time)
3) This is a supplementary query. Should a Director HR/CHRO be a generalist or a specialist?
