    Over the past year, many of the network meetings I've attended, along with discussions here in the community, have highlighted both the challenges and opportunities that AI presents in recruitment.

    This article provides some excellent real-life examples of how organisations are creatively redesigning their recruitment processes to incorporate AI. It also explores initiatives aimed at reducing bias and creating more inclusive experiences for neurodivergent candidates. It's a thought-provoking read that showcases how technology can be used to support fairer and more innovative hiring practices.
